For 2017, I’ve decided to follow the Paleo eating plan instead of trying to follow a hybrid Paleo / Abs Diet eating plan. My aim is to largely have smoothies for breakfast.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 Banana
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 apple
1 tsp coconut oil
Dash cinnamon
Dash Maple Syrup
1 scoop Maximum Vibrance
Optional: Top with Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Cacao & Lemon Wedge
