My Monthly Menu

I am in the process of writing up a Monthly Menu. Meals will consist of a blend of Abs Diet meals and The Paleo Plan meals. The Monthly Menu will factor in the information below.

The planned eating schedule:

7:00 AM:

Drink (water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper drink)


10:00 AM:

Snack #1

12:00 noon:


16 ounces of water

3:00 PM:

Snack #2

5:00 PM:


16 ounces

Iron pill, Vitamin D, Vitamin C with sugar-free apple cider containing maca root

7:00 PM:

Snack #3

One cheat meal is permitted per week.

Snack examples:

  • apple slices and low-fat string cheese
  • baby carrots and healthy peanut butter
  • cottage cheese and half a grapefruit
  • fruit and healthy crackers
  • handful of almonds and fruit
  • smoothie

Breakfast examples:

  • Canadian back and oatmeal with healthy peanut butter, pecans, and bananas
  • Smoothie
  • Instant grits with low-fat cheese and shrimp
  • Healthy cold cereal with Canadian bacon

Lunch examples:

  • Roast beef sandwich on multigrain toast with mustard, spinach, and tomatoes
  • Tuna sandwich (made with guacamole, tomatoes, etc.)
  • Grilled chicken salad

Dinner examples:

  • Abs Diet burger
  • Salmon and broccoli
  • Baked potato and grilled chicken strips (drizzled with coconut oil)
  • Turkey chili with low-fat cheese, tomatoes, etc.
